Dobro jutro vsem! Jaz sem pa danes taka K O M A [image]http://www.ringaraja.net/forum/smileys/jezicek.gif[/image] in me tudi popoldne čaka pregled oz. CTG. Se mi zdi, da mojega [image]http://www.ringaraja.net/forum/smileys/duda.gif[/image] luna razganja, ker v primerjavi s prejšnjimi dnevi zelo brca. Ponoči sem imela občutek, da se je celo obrnil [image]http://www.ringaraja.net/forum/smileys/smiley13.gif[/image] Udb, slišala sem, da za sprožitev pomaga namakanje v topli kopeli, masaža nekaj centimetrov nad členki, začinjena hrana (ne vem, ali sem slišala, da ima take učinke cimet ali janež - mislim, da cimet), veliko hoje (lahko poskusiš maraton po stopnicah [image]http://www.ringaraja.net/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif[/image]).Če ti bo uspela, katera od metod, sporoči, da jo bom še sama uporabila [image]http://www.ringaraja.net/forum/smileys/jezicek.gif[/image], če bom morala čakati še po PDP. Ali katera pije malinov čaj? Jaz ga pridno pijem po dve skodelici na dan. Upam, da bomo kaj zmehčali maternični vrat [image]http://www.ringaraja.net/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif[/image] ž Zadnjič sem v Googlu iskala (do tega pride, če imaš preveč časa [image]http://www.ringaraja.net/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif[/image]), katera zelišča naredijo porod lažji in sem našla poleg maline še navadni komarček, zato zdaj pijem otroški čaj Lumpi oz. otroški čajček. Baje ga patronažne priporočajo za pitje mamicam tudi pri dojenju, ker preprečuje krče pri otročku. Zasledila sem, da Indijanke za lažji porod pijejo čaj in vino iz indijankine trte (no, tega pa pri nas ni). Je pa zelo priporočljiv tudi čaj iz velike koprive v zadnjih tednih nosečnosti, ker vsebujejo veliko vitaminov, med njimi tudi vitamin K in kalcij, preprečuje krče in zmanjšuje bolečino itd..
