IZVIRNO SPOROČILO: *miska.mcc* jutri imam namen skuhat...... piščančje roladice s prešano slanino. (pa še neki bi ugurala zraven v te zvitke, samo ne vem kaj-ideje prosim) sir? ljubljanski zrezki majo sir v podobni kombinaciji. pol pa rabim še nekaj za te žličnike zalit. kaj priporočate? pa še recept lepo prosim. OMAKA: 40 g masla 10 g moke 1 dl mleka 50 g belega sira 50 g špinače 1 žlica sesekljanega peteršilja sol, poper, juha za zalivanje na maslu popražene drobtinice za posipanje Na maslu popražimo moko, zalijemo z juho in pokuhamo. Dodamo sir, špinačo, peteršilj, začimbe in mleko ter prevremo. Na krožnik položimo omako, nanjo žličnike in vse skupaj potresemo z drobtinicami. aja, ja pa juha bi bila tudi dobrodosla. pa ne goveja in ne karkoli v zvezi z ribami, morskimi sadezi. hokaido kremna juha - zakon!! 1 Hokkaido Pumpkin 2 onions 2-4 garlic cloves curry a half celery 6 peeled tomatoes 3 carrots 1 L vegetable stock (chicken or any other will also do) 100 ml of creme fraiche Cut the pumpkin in two pieces. Take out the seeds, cut the rest. Cut all other vegetables into cubes. Start to heat the onions in some olive oil until they turn clear. Then add the curry for a few minutes and then add the rest. Fry quickly and add the vegetable stock. Let it cook very light for half an hour. Blend the soup with the mixer, season it and take some green leaves like parsley, basil or whatever you like and decorate it. Serve with croutons.
