mi lahko katera prevede tole? predvsem sestavine in pa kako jih dodajam.... ostalo bom že zimprovizirala


You will need:
4 egg whites
4 drops of lemon juice
Pinch of salt
1 tsp orange extract
1 1/2 granulated sugar
Cocoa powder
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or equivalent of block chocolate


1. In a large bowl, beat egg whites with an electric mixer until white and frothy, or by hand if you are as talented/insane as my dear roomie.

2. Add 4 drops of lemon juice, salt, and orange extract. Slowly add the sugar while beating.

3. Beat mixture until it is able to hold stiff peaks and does not slide out of the bowl if held at an angle or upside-down. This may take a while, but is very important. After mixture has thickened is a good time to preheat the oven to 225 °F (about 110 °C)

4. Add mixture to a large pastry bag (or strong plastic bag with a corner cut off to act as a pastry bag).

5. Pipe the caps of the mushrooms by making smooth domes.

6. Pipe the stems of the mushrooms by gently squeezing the mixture out into upright cylinders with peaks (for use in attaching the two pieces together later).

7. Spoon 1 or 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder into a sifter or sieve and sprinkle over mushroom caps and stems (see pictures).

8. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 225 °F. Leave the meringues in the oven for another hour without the heat on. Do not open the oven until after this hour.

9. Once meringues have cooled, melt chocolate in the microwave or on stovetop.

10. For each mushroom cap, poke a hole in the bottom that is about the size of the tip of the stem you intend to attach.

11. Use a small spatula to spread the bottom of the mushroom cap with chocolate.

12. Dip the tip of the stem in chocolate as well before attaching the two pieces together.

13. It may be helpful for meringues to dry upside down. Leave out to dry overnight.

ali pa če je lažje tole:

Ingredients

1/2 cup egg whites
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
4 ounces chocolate confectioners' coating
Directions

Preheat the oven to 225 degrees F (110 degrees C). Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
In a large glass or metal bowl, use an electric mixer to whip egg whites until foamy. Add cream of tartar, salt, and vanilla. Continue whipping until the whites hold soft peaks. Gradually sprinkle in the sugar so that it does not sink to the bottom, and continue whipping until the mixture holds stiff shiny peaks.
Place a round tip into a pastry bag, and fill the bag half way with the meringue. To pipe the mushroom caps, squeeze out round mounds of meringue onto one of the prepared cookie sheets. Pull the bag off to the side to avoid making peaks on the top. For the stems, press out a tiny bit of meringue onto the other sheet, then pull the bag straight up. They should resemble candy kisses. Do not worry about making all of the pieces exactly the same. The mushrooms will look more natural if the pieces are different sizes. Dust the mushroom caps lightly with cocoa using a small sifter or strainer.
Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven, or until the caps are dry enough to easily remove from the cookie sheets. Set aside to cool completely. Melt the coating chocolate in a metal bowl over simmering water, or in a glass bowl in the microwave, stirring occasionally until smooth.
Poke a small hole in the bottom of a mushroom cap. Spread chocolate over the bottom of the cap. Dip the tip of a stem in chocolate, and press lightly into the hole. When the chocolate sets, they will hold together. Repeat with remaining pieces. Store at room temperature in a dry place or tin.

1 1/2 granulated sugar hmm, nisem ziher, 1 pa pol kocke sladkorja? al ti enota manjka
Cocoa powder kakav v prahu
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or equivalent of block chocolate pol šalice čokoladnih koščkov

ti si zlata.... res.... čeprav tudi jaz ne vem koliko je to sladkorja :P

Granulated sugar je navaden sladkor "v zrncih" (za razliko od sladkorja v prahu). Tu zihr manjka enota - al je 1,5 žlice ali pa še verjetneje 1,5 skodelice (glede na to, da ta drugi recept vsebuje 1 skodelico sladkorja).

2. Add 4 drops of lemon juice, salt, and orange extract. Slowly add the sugar while beating. Dodaš limonin sok, sol in ekstrakt pomaranče. Počasi med mešanjem doaš sladkor.

3. Beat mixture until it is able to hold stiff peaks and does not slide out of the bowl if held at an angle or upside-down. This may take a while, but is very important. After mixture has thickened is a good time to preheat the oven to 225 °F (about 110 °C)
Stepaš toliko časa, da je trdna in ne leze iz sklede, če jo nagneš. Segreješ pečico na 110.

4. Add mixture to a large pastry bag (or strong plastic bag with a corner cut off to act as a pastry bag). Testo daš v vrečo za brizganje.

5. Pipe the caps of the mushrooms by making smooth domes.  Oblikuješ klobuke od gob.

6. Pipe the stems of the mushrooms by gently squeezing the mixture out into upright cylinders with peaks (for use in attaching the two pieces together later). oblikuješ še bete.

7. Spoon 1 or 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder into a sifter or sieve and sprinkle over mushroom caps and stems (see pictures). Po klobukih in betih potreseš kakav.

8. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 225 °F. Leave the meringues in the oven for another hour without the heat on. Do not open the oven until after this hour. Pečeš 1 uro in pol, nato pustiš vse skupaj še eno uro v ugasnjeni pečici. Vmes pečice ne odpiraj.

9. Once meringues have cooled, melt chocolate in the microwave or on stovetop. Ko se zadeva shladi, stopiš čokolado.

10. For each mushroom cap, poke a hole in the bottom that is about the size of the tip of the stem you intend to attach. Na dnu vsakega klobuka izdolbi luknjo, tako da boš noter lahko dala bet.

11. Use a small spatula to spread the bottom of the mushroom cap with chocolate. klobuke namažeš s čokolado

12. Dip the tip of the stem in chocolate as well before attaching the two pieces together. Zgornji del beta namočiš v čokolado in ga pritrdiš v klobuk.

Granulated sugar je navaden sladkor "v zrncih" (za razliko od sladkorja v prahu). Tu zihr manjka enota - al je 1,5 žlice ali pa še verjetneje 1,5 skodelice (glede na to, da ta drugi recept vsebuje 1 skodelico sladkorja).


Zna kr bit tako, ja.

Potrebovali boste:
4 jajčnih beljakov
4 kapljice limoninega soka
Ščepec soli
1 čajna žlička pomarančnega ekstrakta
1 1 / 2 kristalni sladkor
Kakav v prahu
1 / 2 skodelice polsladka čokolado čipi ali enakovrednega blok čokolade


1. V veliko skledo, premagal jajčnih beljakov z električnim mixer, dokler bela in Penina, ali pa z roko, če ste kot nadarjen / nor kot moja draga roomie.

2. Dodamo 4 kapljice limoninega soka, sol, in oranžne ekstrakt. Počasi dodamo sladkor, medtem ko pretepanja.

3. Beat zmes, dokler ni sposobna organizirati trd vrhov in ne zdrsi iz sklede, če potekala pod kotom ali od zgoraj navzdol. To lahko traja nekaj časa, vendar je zelo pomembno. Ko zmes je odebeljeno je pravi čas, da Segreti pečici na 225 ° F (okoli 110 ° C)

4. Dodaj mešanico za veliko vrečo pecivo (ali močno plastično vrečko s kotno prekinil, da deluje kot pecivo vrečki).
